Cancellation Guidelines

Effective date: 22 July 2026

1. Before packing

Submit a cancellation request via Track & Support while your order status shows "Confirmed" and before a shipping label is created. Full refunds are processed to the original payment method.

2. After packing or dispatch

Once packets are packed and labelled, cancellation is usually not possible. You may refuse delivery; return freight may reduce any refund amount.

3. COD cancellations

Repeated COD refusals without a valid reason may result in temporary removal of COD as a payment option on your account.

4. Refund timing

Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days. UPI and bank settlement times depend on your provider.
