Seed Dispatch Policy

Effective date: 22 July 2026

1. Serviceable areas

We deliver vegetable, flower, forage, fruit seeds for planting, herb, spice, and specialty seed lines under HSN 1209 to PIN codes covered by our courier partners. Unserviceable PIN codes are blocked at checkout.

2. Packing method

• Moisture-safe foil packets protect seed viability in transit.
• Outer cartons cushion packets and keep contents dry on the courier route.
• Each box is labelled with variety, net weight, and handling notes.

3. Dispatch windows

Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST on working days usually ship within 24–48 hours. Festival peaks may add one processing day.

4. Shipping charges

Standard prepaid shipping is free on eligible orders. COD orders may include a handling fee shown before confirmation. Remote-area surcharges, if any, appear at checkout.

5. Tracking

Once dispatched, tracking details appear in My Orders and Track & Support. Couriers typically attempt delivery twice before returning the parcel.
